The holiday home is a terraced house and functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday complex on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, children's playground, terrace, and garden furniture.

Porto Santa Margherita. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex, on a 40 sqm open garden plot with lawn. The holiday flat is situated in Porto Santa Margherita, 2 km from Spiaggia di Ponente beach and 2.4 km from Baia Blu Beach, as well as 2.6 km from Duna Verde beach. With free private parking, the accommodation is 1.8 km from Prima Baia beach and 1.8 km from Baja Blanca Beach. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking in a carport.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Children's toys. TV reception via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.
