Designed for relaxed coastal living, this Caorle holiday apartment with shared pool offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and location for couples, families, or groups of friends looking to experience one of Italy’s most charming seaside towns. Set within a well-kept residential complex, the apartment places you within easy reach of sandy beaches, vibrant cafés, and Caorle’s historic old town. Inside, the apartment unfolds across two spacious levels and comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. On the ground floor, you’ll find a welcoming living-dining area with a sofa bed, seating, and TV, alongside a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing meals with fresh local ingredients. A second modern bathroom with a shower completes this level. The first floor features three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds, a full modern bathroom, and direct access to a private terrace - an inviting spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Essential amenities, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and private parking, ensure a comfortable stay from start to finish. Outdoors, guests enjoy access to the shared swimming pool and tennis court, creating a resort-style atmosphere perfect for unwinding on warm afternoons. Sun loungers and shaded seating make the pool area a natural gathering place after beach outings.
