It is formed of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, an open plan kitchen, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a complete bathroom with a shower box. It comes with a private garden and patio. One uncovered parking spot is included. There's a shared laundry room for the whole residence. #### Ferienwohnung am Meer

positiv: die Ferienwohnung ist sehr nah am Strand, nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bäckerei ist fußläufig 7 Minuten entfernt. Sehr ruhig gelegen, schöne Terrasse, auch bei Regen geschützt, schöne Rasenfläche mit Gartentoren gesichert. Großer Kühlschrank, Großes Gefrierfach negativ: in der Dusche keine Ablagefläche für Duschgel ec. keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, nur zwei Töpfe, Fernsehprogramme nur in italienisch und Französisch, kein Toaster. eine Liegestuhl wäre auch nett gewesen.
