  • This 2/1 tiny home is perfect for a single family w/ kids, dogs are welcome. Just a ride up the hill from the Lake. Enjoy a huge fenced-in yard with a lock & key gate in front and back. You're on a Natural mineral fed well perfectly safe for drinking, fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher. Bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower with all the amenities. There's a large frig under the carport, washer and dryer right next to that. Spacious sunroom with breakfast nook and dining area. If you want your next adventure at Canyon Lake, DON'T stay at a hotel...this cute little cottage will give you a clean and quiet place to stay.

Please Do NOT DRIVE IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. There is a septic system to the house built under there and they will rupture if you drive over them.
This little house is on a well and septic so please do not flush toilet paper down the toilet there's a little trash can to the right of the sink.
Please do not smoke cigarettes inside the house there's plenty of room outside.
