The only thing that I wanted was a vacuum, but that’s a small point.

The only thing that I wanted was a vacuum, but that’s a small point. 2 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy chair and sofa, and large veranda with table and chairs.

Lovely setting and great size lodge.

Lovely setting and great size lodge. Very quiet location and comfy bed. The lodge looked tired though, in need of a bit of TLC and a good deep clean. Worktops in kitchen were stained and faded. Kitchen and main bedroom blind were broken, had to clean the shower of hair before use and generally unloved. It was certainly cleaner when I left than when I arrived ! This won’t stop us returning as price to stay was good.

You could see that the lodges were updated recently by seeing where the replacement items were fixed

You could see that the lodges were updated recently by seeing where the replacement items were fixed (the old fixings/holes were still visible), but there were still a few items that needed looking at - the UPVC patio doors need refurbishing as they don't shut without a bit of work. But the location and staff on site were lovely and very helpful when needed. Would return!
