The particular charm of this property is, among other things, in the large terrace plot with wine pergola, in which you can admire flower dreams of azaleas, rhododendrons and other Mediterranean plants. From the house, from the two sun terraces and from the garden plot you can enjoy a fantastic view of the 150 m distant lake and the opposite mountains, villages and towns. A hiking trail is located directly behind the house. Here it is not difficult to leave the burden of everyday life behind and recharge your batteries for new challenges. Die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist phantastisch und wir haben viel Zeit auf dem Balkon verbracht. Die Zimmer sind sehr hell, da viele Fenster vorhanden sind. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist klein aber gut nutzbar und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und sehr freundlich.Die Anfahrt über die Privat Strasse ist eng, sehr steil und die Kurven sind auch sehr eng (Haarnadelkurven). Tolle Aussicht auf den See vom Balkon, auch im Garten kann man schön sitzen. Ja, die Anfahrt ist etwas steil aber dennoch gut machbar. Es kommen auch große SUVs nach oben. Wir und unser Hund haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, auch weil man unmittelbar an den Wanderwegen oberhalb des Sees ist. Nach Cannero ist's leichter als nach Cannobio, schön ist beides. Wir hatten unsere 3 großen Hunde dabei und haben uns alle rund um wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den Lago. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die zwei Schlafzimmer bieten genügend Platz und das Wohn- und Eßzimmer haben wir kaum benutzt, da der Südbalkon mit Seeblick und Frischluft ganz klar nach außen lockt. Die Küche funktioniert gut, wobei man das Gekochte dann gleich zum Fenster rausreichen kann, um auf Balkonien zu speisen. Auch wenn es regnet bleibt dieser zum größten Teil trocken, wenn die Sonne knallt, hilft ein Sonnenschirm. Die beklagte Tanne der anderen Bewertungen steht nicht mehr, dennoch ist nun wohl ein Nußbaum größer geworden, an dem man rechts und links vorbeischauen kann. 2 Äste stutzen würde die Aussicht deutlich verbessern, sonst kriegt der Baum noch Komplexe, weil jeder ihn sich wegwünscht.
