The space is distributed on two levels, with two independent bedrooms with balconies, a bathroom, kitchen and a bright living room overlooking the lake. The bedrooms and living rooms offer romantic views of Lake Maggiore and the Lombard and Swiss banks. The house has about 90 square meters and is divided as follows: 1st floor \- Entrance with wardrobe \- Kitchen with gas stove, oven, sink, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster ... \- Large living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, dining room with satellite TV \- 2 French windows, balcony with table and chairs overlooking the lake 2nd floor \- a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and French doors opening onto the balcony with a panoramic lake view \- a bedroom with two single beds, a large wardrobe and French doors opening onto the balcony with a panoramic lake view \- Finely decorated ceramic bathroom with sink, tub / shower, toilet, bidet Bed linen and towels are available on request. Wer Ruhe sucht für den ist es eher nichts. unsere Vermieterin war jederzeir ansprechbar, jedoch mussten wir bei 4 übernachtungen schon 1200 Euro zahlen und im Oktober war es zudem nicht mehr ganz so warm somit wurde anstandslos die Heizung angestellt jedoch mussten wir für 2 Tage heizen nochmal 20 Euro Heizkosten zahlen.
