"The room was very dated and needs a lot of fixing and bringing up to standard, lampshades disintegrating and broken fan. Mattress worn thin and very uncomfortable. The room was dirty upon arrival, floors hadn't been vacuumed or mopped. However, staff were all friendly and happy to help and there was a good selection of tea/coffee available. "
