"- Staff were amazing - location was perfect - room was a good size - bathroom was good, shower was a bit small but was manageable. No where to put shower things - random noise went off for about 3 minutes couple times in the night - parking was interesting"

"Such an amazing hotel, staff are all friendly and helpful, car park designated for guests around the back. Drinks and food prices are ideal and you get an amazing view of the beach and pier from the beer garden, second time staying here and I cannot wait to return 😊😊 P.S the loaded fries with bbq pulled pork is a must!!! Definitely a sharer size though and those bbq wings are so succulent"

"Well where do i start. This hotel needs a good makeover or even shut down. The guy that checked us in was lovely 😍. It advertised it has a lift and both were broken we were on top floor and with breathing difficulties we struggled. Rooms are awful old carpets, mold on shower curtain, no wardrobe only hanging space on a rail that was wobbly, sink was in room, old furniture, the only thing that was nice was the comfortable bed but even this was small. Hotels.Com i recommend you taking this hotel off your site as it will make the company to look bad. Hotel is like fawlty towers never will we stay here again too far out from town too"

"Clean and comfy room, and a nice bar area. Given it's an out-of-town hotel with plenty of space, the parking charges are very high. There are car chargers however, which was very handy."
