A well equipped bright two bedroom, one bathroom (with separate W.C) apartment just a stone's throw from the beach. The property has modern and tasteful decor. It is fitted with all the mod cons and benefits from a lovely terrace.
There is a large leather corner sofa in the spacious living area. A wooden dining table that can seat four comfortably can also be found here. A TV, DVD player and HiFi have been provided for all your entertainment needs.
The kitchen is well equipped so guests will be able to cater for themselves. Among the appliances included are a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave.
The living room and bedrooms open onto the 17m2 terrace. From here there are beautiful sea views. A wooden table and four chairs have been provided so guests can enjoy meals outside.
One of the bedrooms has two single beds which can be pushed together or separated as desired. The other has a fold out sofa. Both have air conditioning.

This is a great apartment for a family on holiday thanks to its proximity to the beaches. There is also private parking available. It is also very easy to attend the many congresses in Cannes as there is a bus stop just by the building entrance, and it's about a 5 min ride into Cannes centre, for just 1 euro a ride.
