Housing completely renovated with high quality equipment, fitted kitchen, reversible air conditioning and internet access. Apartment located on the 4th and last floor with elevator including a large terrace of 10m2, accessible from the living room and from the bedroom where you can have breakfast and meals with a view of the hills of the Cannes hinterland with complete peace of mind. The accommodation includes a living room with flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen area, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom and separate WC. In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa convertible into an express with a real 160x190 mattress. The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach, a 5-minute drive from the Croisette. You will appreciate the shops, restaurants, day and night markets, nearby every day.
