Rent beautiful T2 of 25m2 for 4 people in Cannes la Bocca in an old tourist residence "Pierre et Vacances" with swimming pool, jacuzzi and large paddling pool for children (open from June to September), located 50 meters from a beach of sand.
Housing completely renovated with high quality equipment, fitted kitchen, reversible air conditioning and internet access.
Apartment located on the 4th and last floor with elevator including a large terrace of 10m2, accessible from the living room and from the bedroom where you can have breakfast and meals with a view of the hills of the Cannes hinterland with complete peace of mind.
The accommodation includes a living room with flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen area, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom and separate WC.
In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa convertible into an express with a real 160x190 mattress.
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach, a 5-minute drive from the Croisette. You will appreciate the shops, restaurants, day and night markets, nearby every day. Bus stop at the foot of the residence
