Located on the first floor of a small condominium, this two-bedroom apartment is perfect for a stay with friends, family, as a couple, or for business.
The residential neighborhood is just steps from the Banane district.
In 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the Croisette with its beaches and shops, as well as the Palais des Festivals and the port.
Le Suquet, with its restaurants, and the lively Carré d’Or district, perfect for a festive evening, are also within easy walking distance.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
