Ideally located in the very center of Cannes, this studio offers a comfortable and convenient setting for a leisure stay or business trip.  
Just a few minutes' walk from the beaches, the Croisette, and the Palais des Festivals, you can fully enjoy the city without the need for a car.  
Shops and restaurants are just around the corner, making your daily life even more enjoyable.  
Whether for a short visit or a longer getaway, this functional and well-designed property guarantees both comfort and convenience.  
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.  
  
You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible.  
  
Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.  
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.  
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.  
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
