Located in the traditional, quiet, residential, and sought-after neighborhood of Basse Californie, it stands out for its modern lines and high-quality amenities. It offers guests an atmosphere that is both welcoming and elegant. The city center is reachable within a 15-minute walk, making it a great option for those seeking tranquility while staying close to Cannes’ main points of interest, whether for leisure or business. You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site. You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible. Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest. After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer. Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
