Perfectly situated, it provides easy access to public transportation, the beaches, the Croisette, and the Palais des Festivals, which is only 500 meters away.  
The lively Suquet neighborhood, with its many restaurants and bars, is the perfect place to soak up the vibrant atmosphere of Cannes.  
Whether you're traveling as a couple, with friends, solo, or on a business trip, this property offers all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay.  
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.  
  
You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible.  
  
Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.  
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.  
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.  
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
