Its large sunny terrace creates a pleasant outdoor extension of the living space. The Basse Californie area is appreciated for its calm residential streets while remaining close to the Croisette and the lively center of Cannes. This 45 m² apartment welcomes up to three guests in a comfortable and well-arranged layout. The living room includes a sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave. The bedroom features a double bed and air conditioning. The bathroom includes a shower and towel rail, while the toilet is separate. A large terrace allows guests to enjoy the sunshine and the peaceful surroundings. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee. Before leaving, we ask you to: \- Empty the refrigerator \- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher \- Take out the trash Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.
