Ideal for 4 people, it offers a comfortable bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a large terrace perfect for relaxing. The ideal place to make the most of your stay in Cannes. The Beaches du Midi district in Cannes is a popular tourist area, thanks to its pleasant atmosphere and ideal location. Nestled just beyond the Old Port, it's a stone's throw from the city center and the Palais des Festivals. The area boasts a wide range of facilities and activities, including public and private beaches, affordable seaside restaurants and a wide choice of water sports such as water skiing, wakeboarding and parasailing. \- Palais des festivals: 8 min walk / 4 min taxi-car ride \- Beaches: 6 min walk / 2 min car-taxi \- Supermarket 1 min walk / 5 min car-taxi \- Restaurants / bars: 2 min by car, 2 min on foot \- Public parking: for those without parking space The apartment will be prepared for your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair-trade cotton). It also has air conditioning in all rooms and an internet connection. Below are details of the apartment's facilities: \- Living room: TV - sofa bed (140x200) - air conditioning \- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge - kettle - toaster - Nespresso - oven - microwave \- Bedroom 1: double bed (140) \- Bathroom: shower - hairdryer \- Separate WC The apartment has a free high-speed wifi internet connection. \- Facilities: ironing board and iron \*\*Services available at extra charge:\*\* \- early arrival, before 4:00 pm, subject to availability \- late check-out, after 11:00 am, subject to availability \- airport transfer / baby bed / concierge service / possibility of leaving your luggage at the agency / etc... Bilingual customer service available until 8pm in season. Autonomous night arrival at no extra charge. The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules. Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
