This place should not be a 4 star hotel. Everything in my room was broken. The sofa bed was broken the cabinets for my clothes were broken too. They Wouldn’t close. The AC was at the lowest on full blast and it was still mid 80s. All in all I stayed because I wouldn’t get a refund. But if I could have cancelled in a heartbeat. Sorry

Disappointing Hotel and definitely not worth the stay. Upon arrival we did not have any towels in our room and we had upgraded our room. There was no iron or "do not disturb" sign so we were interrupted on our first nights stay! We did not have any information package so had to call the number on their website.

Simple, yet sufficient
We were arriving into Nice late at night and booked a last minute room at Hotel Montaigne so we wouldn’t have to drive all the way to our first holiday spot in Cassis in the middle of the night. The hotel room was clean & comfortable. It didn’t really reflect the photos displayed, however I t was fine for what we needed it for. A few points to mention: - The towels in our bathroom didn’t appear clean and looked quite worn out (I.e. were discoloured and had holes) - The door to our room didn’t lock correctly, which was a little worrying - As we were arriving later at night, I had called ahead to flag this with reception and also to check whether it would still be possible to access the car park we had reserved for our stay, of which they said was completely fine. When we did arrive, we were notified that the parking could no longer be accessed and that we’d need to seek other offsite parking options. This was rather frustrating given we had previously called to check and it was just after midnight when we were arrived, however in saying this, the night concierge was incredibly helpful and was able to provide us with suitable options close by.

My family and I stayed in Cannes, France for our summer vacation. This hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The staff was so professional, kind and helpful. An excellent staff member named Yasmín, made sure that our stay was perfect. She was always smiling, very professional, and super helpful with any questions or needs that we had during our stay. Another excellent employee named Alireza cooked us beautiful and delicious meals at the hotel’s beautiful restaurant. He was also very kind, helpful and courteous. The whole staff was excellent and always greeted us with a smile and a bonjour :) They helped us whenever we needed help and they also helped us with our French language learning! That was awesome:) It also made us feel super comfortable and welcome. This hotel is beautiful with a beautiful spa and pool that we loved swimming in with our young son everyday. Every area in this hotel is kept impeccably clean. Our room was beautiful with super comfortable beds and furniture and was also very functional. The air conditioning in our room and in the hotel works excellently and it was always very comfortable there. This is a five star hotel in all aspects. We absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning back again for another stay one day! Good hotel and friendly staff. Warm indoor pool!
Great staff - we felt very welcome, did not experience a single negative feelings, despite being a tough guests (with 2 small children). The indoor pool, however quite small, is very warm and causy - perfect for families. The underground parking is quite tight, but "wallet service" is included in the price, so that You only leave the keys at the reception and don't care about parking. Surrounding very nice - 10 mins walk to all Cannes attractions. Great place. When coming with family, ask for rooms on top floors as family rooms are located straight above the entrance and it gets quite noisy in the mornings.

Lovey hotel in perfect position
Very nice hotel in perfect position for shops and only 10 min walk from beach and promenade of Cannes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast selection was great. Spa was lovey for a relaxing way to end your day. Would def stay again.

Decent hotel, great location.
First time to Cannes so location was key. Really close to bus station, beach and restaurants. I stayed in the superior room. It was a little tired and needed updating. But comfortable. Hotel restaurant and bar staff were friendly.

The room did not look like what we saw on their site. The AC was weak in the room we had. They don’t own face clothes. No one inform us that the staff for the valet parking arrives only at 7:00am and we needed to be out by 6:30 to catch our flight, so we had to juggle ourselves to get our car out of the indoor parking behind other cars and laundry karts. On a possitive side, the proximity to all of down town Canne was nice.

We had a pleasant three night break at this hotel. Its location suited us as only five minutes from the bus/train station and under ten minutes into the busy town centre. The room was of an adequate size with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The ensuite bathroom was small but functional. There are two lifts serving all floors which operate well. We did not take the breakfast nor use the spa, so cannot comment.

Everything was amazing! Lovely, friendly staff. Perfect location to the beach and the station and the area was great. We had a great 4 day stay at the Hotel Montataigne and Spa. Check in was quick and they even let us go to our room earlier than the original check in time. The staff were great! They were so helpful and friendly. Especially Kamal who saw us everyday - he welcomed us to the hotel, showed us around and even told us the best places to visit around the island. We will definitely be returning!

Decent hotel close to train station. A few gluten free options for lunch but morning breakfast was a disappointment. Nice outdoor restaurant/bar area. Did not have an opportunity to go to the spa. Hammam was closed for maintenance.

I was disappointed most with them never coming to clean my room...even when I mentioned it to the housekeeper in the hallway right outside my room. Spa was a little disappointing, not to mention 1 hr limit per day. Not the type of spa hotel in Cannes I was expecting.
