Notre appartement refait à neuf de 60 m², situé Avenue de Vallauris au 4e étage avec ascenseur d'un immeuble récent, est lumineux et idéal pour se détendre ou travailler.  
  
Les Plages de la Croisette et le Palais des Festivals sont à moins de 10 min à pied. L'appartement comprend un grand salon donnant sur une belle terrasse ensoleillée au calme avec transats, chiliennes et salon de jardin, une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée avec une table.  
  
L'espace nuit comprend une chambre avec un lit double Queen Size (160x200) et un dressing, dans le salon le canapé se transforme en canapé-lit.  
  
Une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, meuble vasque et WC.  
  
Un bureau est disponible.  
  
Possibilité de stationner dans un parking public payant en bas de l'immeuble à partir de 10 euros par jour et 39 euros la semaine.  
  
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne.
