Upon entry, you step into the living area, featuring a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a smart TV, and access to the west-facing balcony. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, is integrated into the living space. On the night side, the bedroom includes a double bed (140x190 cm) and an en-suite shower room with WC. Reversible air conditioning is installed in the main living area and the bedroom. Please note: the wooden shutters in the living room and bedroom do not allow complete darkness; daylight will pass through. GETTING TO THE PROPERTY From Nice Airport: around 30 minutes by car via the A8. From Cannes train station: 10 minutes on foot. Need a transfer? We can arrange it through our concierge service. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD The apartment is located in the Carnot district, a central and convenient area of Cannes. \- Rue d’Antibes: 10 minutes on foot, home to boutiques, major brands, and local shops \- Palais des Festivals et des Congrès: 12 minutes on foot, the stage for major international events such as the Film Festival, MIPIM, and Lions \- La Croisette: 12 minutes on foot, the city’s iconic promenade lined with luxury hotels, private beaches, and restaurants \- Beaches: the first public and private beaches are just 15 minutes on foot \- Marché Forville: 10 minutes on foot, perfect for discovering local produce, fresh fish, and Provençal specialties \- Cannes Port & Quai Laubeuf: 15 minutes on foot, departure point for ferries to the Lérins Islands Nearby amenities: supermarket 7 minutes on foot. A central location, perfect for exploring Cannes on foot while enjoying a functional and pleasant apartment. Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late check-in available until 10 p.m. upon request and for an additional fee. Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
