The best thing about this hotel is location. In the center of all only 2 blocks from the beach. I would definitely stay again as a result. Otherwise this should be a 3 star hotel. Rooms are very small and outdated. Hotel also offers no parking even paid.

Nice little hotel .

The front desk representative was very nice and helpful. The hotel is super central( everything is minutes away)to the train station (7 minutes walk) and the famous La Croisette ( 4 minutes walk). The beaches is just 5 minutes by walking . The only downside the room is a bit small.

This place is great! Fabulous location I had a perfect room with balcony looking at the sea very quiet but yet located in the shopping street with lots of restaurants. A short 2 block walk to the beach . Friendly and helpful staff! I will be back!

Fantastic!

We had such a good experience at Hotel Modial. We stayed for a week. The staff is so kind and helpfull, got a lot of good tips for things to do. Room was nice, with good AC. Loved our balcony with veiw of the sea. Perfect location close to the beach and shopping street. Also short walk to the trainstation, we took the train to explore Antibes, Nice, Menton. High recommend this hotel!

Nice stay in Cannes

Very good location and overall a very nice hotel. We were placed facing the street (despite asking for a quieter room) right across from a late night bar. We also were placed in a room for individuals with disabilities, which means there was no shower or curtain and the bathroom became soaked. Minor inconveniences, but they dampened our overall enthusiasm for the room.
