Petite cuisine , juste pour 2 , salle d'eau + wc + lave linge pas trop de place, terrasse agréable avec auvent sur espace de verdure. 4 locations identiques + appartement gardien à l'étage, villa fermée, on vous remet une clef du portail , place parking près de votre location. petits commerces , pharmacie, boulangerie à 5 mn et super Carrefour à 10 mn en voiture. Calme. Pour un mois de mai la région est très encombrée, mais c'est la Côte d'Azur !! Endroit stratégique pour visiter de St Raphael à Menton.
