This beautiful studio is located in the heart of Cannes, 80m from the Croisette, beaches, and the famous shopping street Rue d’Antibes.
With a newly renovated kitchen & cosy balcony to cool off from the heat, this studio is perfect for your stay. Whether you are here to enjoy a holiday with friends & family or with work for a conference, you will find everything you need right outside the door!

The one-room studio is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The balcony faces the courtyard, giving you a quiet stay even though you have liveliness just outside the door. There is a kitchenette with a stove (2 plates) and an oven that also works as a microwave. You have a dining table with two chairs in the studio and a small table on the balcony, also with two chairs. The bathroom has a shower.

The studio is located only a short walk from Palais des Festivals.
