The house is located in a building of 4 floors typical of the lakefront just completely renovated both inside and outside. On the ground floor there is a room used as a storage room with 2 bicycles available for guests where you can leave small accessories for the beach and for boating. In the same room there is a bathroom with shower and a very characteristic room with a barrel-ceiling with a sofa that becomes a double bed. On the first floor there is the living room with decorative fireplace, satellite TV and sofa that becomes a double bed. Here is situated the modern and well equipped kitchen furnished with table and chairs overlooking the ancient port. On this floor there is also an elegant bathroom with a shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds that can be approached and one with a double bed. From the bedroom and the nearby bathroom you can access the long balcony equipped with table and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old port and the villas of Cannero. The house is a recently renovated historic house that has modern facilities. The nearest parking is the big public parking of Cannero Riviera which is about 700 meters from the house.
