The proerties location offers breathtaking views, great access to trails, downtown and amenities. The condo is lovely and owner had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Beautiful, clean condo in the desirable Spring Creek development. Beautiful views of the Three Sisters from this second and third floor condo. Two bedrooms are on the third floor with kitchen and living areas downstairs on the second floor. A bit inconvenient to walk upstairs to the bedrooms but the bedrooms were very quiet. Convenient location with beautiful biking trails along the Beau River and easy walk to downtown. Lots of good dining options in town and a more peaceful experience in town than in nearby, overcrowded Banff. Only a 15-minute drive to the town of Banff.Parking in the garage under the condos. The only negative we experienced was we were traveling with two EVs and the two “Flo” EV charging parking spaces were often blocked by non-EVs that were parked there. It appears in talking to the management that they do not enforce the EV parking only marked.Overall a beautiful location and condo to stay in. Will look for this unit again if we return to Canmore!
