We were supposed to receive two complimentary beverages as part of our stay. However, the staff never provided them. Whenever I tried to ask about the complimentary drinks, they avoided the question and changed the subject. This was disappointing, especially since the beverages were clearly included in our stay.

I cannot rate The Astor in Goa high enough. We used Goa as a stop gap for our India holiday and it was amazing. I had an upgrade and used the Spa and Gym as well as the pool which was welcoming after being in the sun. The staff were fab, very friendly and considerate, couldn't do enough, always helpful. Food was also delicious, Ishani looked after us throughout, always with a smile on her face. Thank you to everyone at The Astor, hopefully return soon.
