You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Corner villa + 8m swimming pool + 5s jacuzzi + 15m from the beach & town center

We are offering for rent our pretty 110 m² family home on 450 m² of land.  
  
Master suite with 180x200cm bed giving direct access to the 5-seater Jacuzzi (including 2 recliners) with light therapy. 2 other bedrooms (beds 140x200cm and 160x200cm) upstairs with a bathroom and WC also upstairs. Swimming pool 8m long and 4m wide, with a submerged corner deck for safe fun with the little ones.   
  
Parking spaces: 1 outside and 1 inside the garden.   
  
In a quiet village, 18min drive from the beaches and/or Montpellier city center.  
Accessible on foot => Intermarché 7j/7, village fruit/lég market, bakery, tobacconist, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts less than 5 min away on foot! Petanque court 5 minutes' walk away.  
  
Kitchen garden available!  
Our cat and 2 turtles are staying with us, so they'll need a few cuddles, a check of the kibble dispenser and a change of water (no litter).
