Great hotel for a good deal! Quite and just enough to take a break from life and enjoy! It’s not extremely luxury, but if you are looking forward to enjoying the beach and have some food it’s a perfect place. Smaller than some hotels, but it give a bit of privacy feeling that I’ve enjoyed. Thanks ( Lois front desk needs to be better at a customer service, the rest of Staff is wonderful) Italian restaurant is the best 🎉

Beautiful resort general area v clean staff v hospitable great accessibility to the blue waters & great pools food was 3 stars for buffet restaurant lunch & dinner menu was better pools open only until 7 pm which was not good room & hallway had a damp smell few shows which were good will try other resorts next time cud have been better food for the price we paid

We stayed at the Wyndham Grand Cancun last week, and we absolutely loved it! Everyone was so kind and friendly! I would recommend this resort to everyone! The dining options were fantastic (Our favorite was Da Vinci), but they were all great. All of the bars were great also! Orlando, in the lobby bar was great! If you need a craft cocktail, he’s the guy to go see. And Manuel at Kuku’s bar was great also! Anytime we were getting low on our drinks he would have another drink for us without us asking him. Great service all around from this resort and we will definitely be coming back every year!

Like food options, staff service. Do not like sales excusion and time share pressures. Sales and time share representatives do not tell the truth. Was told we could snirkel on excursion. While on excursion we found no snorkeling available. Time share rep elevated cost of excusions and did not disclose extra costs. Thankfully we kearned in advance from a different excursion team that we would incur an additional cost. Too many time share sharks. Approached tooany times.

We stayed for a week and overall the stay was ok. Food was good and our waiter Noe at La Vista went above and beyond to give us a pleasant breakfast experience. The only negative thing I have is there were too many stairs to go to the pools and restaurants.

Had a great time with my friends at Grand Wydham. The hotel property is a good value for money and the staff is accomplishing in terms of special request. Had a few minor issues during our stay but the overall hospitality we got compensated for it. I would recommend this property to my friends and family.

The food and service was great. The drinks could have been a little stronger, and they could have used better liquor. The beach is on a hill with not much room for children to play in the sand and such.

My children are in the military, so it’s not always easy for us to plan vacations. Having the 3 bedroom villa was perfect for making sure we all had our own space, but could still be all together.

Rude reception staff we paid for king bed and they gave us 2 twin beds and after many requests they switched us to king bedroom so don't ask for money at 1st place, rude servers one servers served wrong food to us and got annoyed when we asked for what we asked at 1st place

It could use some updating. They only clean every other day which isn't good enough to be every other day. The one hotel manager Paloma was talking about us to another employee in spanish which we understood. It was quite rude and the experience was then tarnished. She didn't apologize or anything. They treat you different based off being a member of the vacation club or not. for example you get a cup of water when you ask for a bottle and the members get bottles by the pool. Its weird. The food was mediocre really and not hot most of the time. Cancun is beautiful but stay elsewhere.

Where to begin, everything about this stay was incredible! The staff is what makes the Wyndham one of our favorite places. They really made us feel like vip’s. We really enjoyed Edwin at the hookah by the pool. Not only did he give us great service, but he made us these coffee drinks & basically put on a whole show! The weather wasn’t great for most of our trip but the whole staff worked together to make the most of it. The pools are great. I also liked the hot tub bar by the beach. The food is pretty good. We like the taco place & breakfast on the beach is awesome. Basically, if you don’t have fun here, it’s your fault.

As Expedia customers we deserved a real up grade.

The resort is clean, but the inside corridors leading to the guest rooms have a moldy smell. They state that they are a “green” facility and this is why they only provide clean towels and general housekeeping every other day. I requested a room refresh and advised I would be leaving a tip on the dresser but no one came and after a long dusty day at Chichén Itzá, I had to wait 30minutes for clean towels. Food: To start, you can’t make reservations for dinner in advance or at the start of your stay. I had to set an alarm to be on the app at 8:55am to reserve a table at exactly 9am and even then the reservations were all gone. The breakfast and dinner buffets were soggy and cold and overall this resort has the worst food I have ever experienced in Mexico! At the Brazilian place they make you go to the buffet and then bring skewers with bring bread, chorizo, pork, and sirloin to the table about 10 minutes apart in that order. I believe they are trying to fill you up so you eat less of the expensive options. They do not have orange juice instead they serve tang and there is no cream for coffee. The drinks are weak despite giving a nice tip. There are a LOT of stairs! Stairs to the restaurants, to the pool, to the lobby. If you have difficulty with stairs, this is not the resort for you! The service was not there for us, we were two woman traveling without our husbands and it seemed to make a difference. Overall this is not a great resort for the money!

I wasn’t enough staff. No one ever answered front desk phone. Hard to book reservations for dinner. I wouldn’t book again. The rooms also had a mildew smell. I had left and days later my clothes still smell like mildew.

Nice beach, nice pools, food average, our room was nice, but had a musty odor.

The Wyndam is an excellent hotel at an excellent value. The staff was friendly and attentive and dining options were plentiful. The hotel is clean and looks nice. There are also many pools and activity options. The beach was also nice and well maintained.
