We had really fun here! Actually this was the first time to come resort place for us but we really glad to stay here! Everyone is so nice, we were able to choose food from various restaurants, the bartender was also amazing. I strongly recommend you to come here for your vacation! You’ll have so much fun and I’ll definitely come back here!

Recently stayed here with my boyfriend. Front desk and wait staff all spoke English. Security is tight when arriving on the premises, security verifies your reservation before allowing you on site. Several pools (family and adult pools), private beach with security presence protecting patrons and keeping uninvited guests out. Our bellman Carlos was pleasant and attentive. We were given the wrong room keys but he helped us correcting the issue and getting us in the correct room. There were several restaurants to eat at. Lunch time sushi was delicious, Enrique and Miguel were hard at work keeping up with the demand and still had great customer service. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at La Vista, less people. My boyfriend enjoyed the Brazilian Steakhouse. I did go to the spa for a massage, my masseuse Valarie was skilled and professional. My boyfriend enjoyed playing volleyball at the pool with other guests and entertainment staff. Overall great stay.

this was by far the most expensive worst vacation I’ve experienced. this place is far from a “resort” more like an episode of survivor. My room was half way clean. 4 days there and experienced: no running water, no i fridge didn’t work, no restocking of water, no toilet paper and no working cable. customer service is not a priority. staff around the pool were helpful. other than that, travelers are on their own. never again will I ever consider this “resort” as an option for a vacation. LOUSY experience.

This was a last minute getaway and we were so satisfied. We booked through expedia so we had a VIP check in with champagne and a free upgrade to an Oceanview room. Lobby bar is only open til 11pm which was weird. To get the top shelf liquor you had to be privilege category. We were not, but we brought our own and added to their mixed drinks. Mini fridge had Corona with coke, Fanta and water. Robes to use in the rooms. Bed was firm. Water pressure was great in the shower but weak at the sink. Room service was excellent. There was a minimal fee per call. We ate at the Brazilian restaurant twice and the sushi bar 3 times....they were that good! Italian and seafood restaurants were good as well. Only ate breakfast at the buffet. Brioche French toast and omelets were our favorite. Ask your server for bacon. The beach was clear most days but the water was rough. A lot of erosion on half of the beach and large slabs of rock are exposed. So we lived in the pool. Plenty of chairs. Bring your own float and they will blow it up in the beach gift shop. Service around the lower pool was very lacking and yes we are tippers. Bring insulated tumblers to keep drinks cold. Pools close at 8. Nightly shows were laughable. No back drops or ambiance in the theater. Just a plain stage. Casino night and karaoke night were the only fun events. We never stayed up long enough to visit the disco but it opens at 11. Visited the spa for a couples massage and it was minimal. We were expecting areas

Wyndham Grand Cancun All Inclusive Resort and Villas was clean, the restaurants had great food, the beach and pool areas were clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. The only issue was the room refrigerator didn't get very cold, however the refrigerator issue did not take anything away from this great resort! We definitely will be returning for many more visits! Thanks Wyndham Grand!

The number of pools was great. The kid zone and pool area was nice. Did not like that there is no buffet option for lunch. The dinner buffet lacked flavorful options.

The food at the resort is really good. The wifi is a bit choppy but works great in the lobby and if you are staying in the main building. The entertainment is great and the beach is awesome!

Amazing resort! I came here with the wife and two kids ( one year old and two year old) great food! Great pools! And great beach area. The service was great. Highly recommend! Thanks to Oliver and Adal who took care of our family while we rented a cabana at the beach and pool. Great kids area as well!

The ceiling was leaking in the middle of the night my spouse slipped in it and hurt her self all they did is make us sign something saying she was ok and didn’t offer any compensation if she had broken a bone or anything they wouldn’t not of cared she had lots of bruises and a swollen knee

I loved the staff: Bredy, Osman, Estefania, and David they all made my stay extremely special. They all worked in the restaurants Bredy and Osman at la Piña. Estefania at the bar area, and David at la vista. They are wonderful employees, and their customer service was outstanding

The staff were all very very friendly and accommodating! I brought my child and every morning the staff would say hello and hug him! All of the restaurants are delicious! The pools are clean and fun!

The staff overall was very helpful and friendly. The only exception was the managers for the time share presentation. She became rude when we would not agree to purchase the time share. Bar staff, waiters and support staff was excellent. The location is good and are the amenities. Restaurants are generally good.

We had a lovely stay the beach across was beautiful and pools/entertainment good. Only criticism is the sound walls are very thin so some sleepless nights if you have noisy neighbours

Overall, this hotel is worth the price. The food was not great (lack of flavor, not gross). The drinks were wonderful. The male employees were friendly, but the female employees were rude. As an Expedia VIP, my room was upgraded and that was AMAZING! Great ocean views!
