Main floor bathroom and bedroom with easy in/out access was great. This is a property that either requires a rental car, taxis, bicycle or a good deal of walking. We had 2 mobility scooters which easily provided transportation to shopping and local restaurants. However the beach requires either a taxi or Collectivo. The Collectivo's run frequently and will pick you up at the front gate. The draw back is they are fast and can be quite full which does not work well for a mobility challenged person. Listing was accurate and a great host and location. Strong wifi. A rental car is very helpful and there is a rental company “getaway rental” that is a 10-15 minute walk away. $30-$35 per day for the car. The host was magnificent and very attentive to make sure we had all we needed when we arrived. Location is perfect for exploring. Close to Cancun, Tulum, and Playa Del Carmen. The local downtown area has grocery stores and restaurants. The beach area has lovely restaurants as well and the people are very friendly and welcoming.
