The room had indoor/outdoor type carpet that felt damp and there was instant nescafe for coffee. Stark white walls. The shower had mold. We were to receive a parking code to access parking and never received a response despite numerous emails. Instead, we kept getting a useless canned response that was in French even though we asked for a response in English. Were it not for a terrific dinner at the hotel restaurant, the experience would have been horrible. There was only a limited buffet for breakfast and a hot drink dispenser for coffee ... like a vending machine. Yuk. "
