Relax in your modern 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment nestled in Gordon Street. You can access all the property\`s amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you\`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: \- fridge/freezer \- stovetop \- microwave \- oven \- crockery and cutlery \- dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don\`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. The TV has access to all local channels. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. There is also a 2-hour free parking at Edinburgh Avenue. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the pool and gym throughout your stay. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests.
