Nestled in the sought-after Dickson Village, it features sleek, well-designed interiors, perfect for business trips, weekend escapes, or longer stays. BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you\`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to: \- fridge/freezer \- stovetop \- oven \- crockery and cutlery \- dishwasher \- microwave \- toaster We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. NOTE: Kindly open and close the dishwasher door gently to avoid damage. PARKING: The car space can accommodate one vehicle. Paid parking is also available. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building\`s gym and BBQ Area throughout your stay, both located on level G. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. 1\. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am. 2\. I have a STRICT \`No Pets Policy\` except for service or emotional support animals and \`No Smoking Policy\`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning. 3\. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50). 4\. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel. 5\. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you\`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear. 6\. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule. 7\. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don\`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals. 8\.
