BEDROOM: The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a 32\` Hisense Smart TV, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The main bathroom comes with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, while the second has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you\`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to: \- fridge/freezer \- stovetop \- oven \- crockery and cutlery \- dishwasher \- microwave \- toaster We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Taxi and rideshare services like Uber and Ola are readily available in this area, and the neighbourhood is well connected by buses as well. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. Due to local council regulations, bookings remain pending until the verification process is completed. If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled.
