The hot tub and pool were very attractive. Due to the Spring Break everything was in over use. To be expected. We were moving East to West Coast so the timing was what it was. Loved the stay. The hotel was Canadian and what I would expect in Banff. Good vibes all around. We did not have breakfast (was it included in the room price? If so I was not made aware….). The staff was “transient” resort staff which of course is tied to the snow sports and specialized beautiful outdoor recreation focus. But it impacts the level of competent staff. We enjoyed our stay with you and our visit to Banff. We will return and stay again when we can!"
