"Property well located for enjoyment of Halifax waterfront and surrounding areas The sofa bed was not made up and was not comfortable. A refurbish could be done. There were 3 adults only 2 caffeinated coffee pods. The breakfast was good. All and all I would return."

"We absolutely loved this hotel on our last night in Halifax! It was immaculate all round, the room was beautiful with 2 gorgeous chandeliers, fine bedding linens, very comfy pillows, extremely clean, modern with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows with a view of the city. I loved the fact that all the bath products were L'Occitaine...great choice. We felt really pampered staying here and it was in a great location where we could walk to everything nearby. The concierge was lovely and helped look after our luggage and was super friendly to deal with. Sutton Place left a lasting impression!"

"The inn's location was great for walking to the waterfront and many restaurants. The entrance looked a bit rough but once inside it was nicely decorated, clean and quiet. We had the top floor but knew we had a walk-up when we booked. There was plenty of space and for a city, it was quiet. The only time we noticed the people next door was when they came in and out. The air conditioner was a blessing as we were in Halifax when it was quite hot. There were two clearly labeled parking spots directly behind the building that were available on our second day. The off-site parking was only a block away and plentiful, the signs discouraging parking were a bit off-putting and we questioned whether we had the right place but the car was there in the morning with no ticket."
