On my last full day, I came back after a long emotional event and asked whether there would be any food available for dinner because the dining room was closed. I was told the roof top bar would have some appies. They didn't - only chips and dip or nuts or pretzels. They had no idea that the front of house staff had said they would have food. So I had chips and dip for dinner. I really didn't want to leave the hotel. Not very impressed at all! The room was large and lovely, though. And the staff was good. But I would never stay there again!"
