Very good value for the money. We enjoyed having the washed & dryer and the kitchen was fully stocked. The bathroom layout is all over the place, but we knew to expect that as we’ve stayed before. Only one tv worked. But this is a great little hotel in a great location.
The barstools need to be much more comfortable so it can allow people to work from the kitchen island as there is no desk in the unit.

This is an apartment in a standard old 3 story Montreal building. Very representative of typical downtown Montreal living. But beware - these places have little or no soundproofing. You will hear every footstep of the people above you, and the voices next door. This was OK for much of our stay but we were unlucky the first night, when people upstairs, including children, were walking and running almost continually until 1am, preventing sleep. But the other nights were not so bad. There is a lot of space, a good kitchen, and a bus stop to central Montreal right outside. And it is in an area with many nice cafes, restaurants, and tiny unique shops.
