The villa is equipped with piped music throughout both inside and outside around the pool, which can be played from either your phone or satellite stations for your listening pleasure while also allowing you to mute the rooms if quiet, is preferred. Added to this luxury, are one touch buttons that turns all lights on /off as well as appliances. Wherever the television is played experience the sounds similar to that of a home theatre system Upon your entry to Samaan House the Home Button located in the foyer lights up the house whilst on your departure the Away Button shuts the house down. This feature is also customised in the master bedroom. For added security in this gated community we have provided external Security Cameras strategically placed . In the moment, we were left with no other option but to make separate private accommodation for the first night of stay. However a huge drawback was that this villa has no WIFI connection (the password the host gave, never worked).... also, the main door at the side had a broken door knob which means that anyone could have entered at anytime day or night which was preety uncomfortable as its the second to last house down in the back (even though its a gated community).... thirdly, there is no communication or access to the host or housekeeper so you are basically on your own..... fourth thing is that the pool is smallish but basically 6feet deep so its not for children or adults that cannot swim...but for the price point, of the above mentioned are not issues for you, you will have a tremendous time. ##### Kristal M. We arrived just after 2pm for check in however was told we had to wait an additional 2 hours for the property to be ready as it was still being cleaned from the previous guests. There is no way to reach the host as all messages go unanswered so we just had to wait (the caretaker was pleasant though). A lot of the doors on this property do not have handles which was upsetting because we wanted the doors opened at times and some of the lights did not work. Also please be aware that all the toilet areas have blinds on the windows which are very see through once the lights are on, therefore the lights need to be kept off when using the toilets. The property overall needs some maintenance and better communication.
