"Very friendly staff "

"Tom behind the front desk was very friendly, informative and helpful. Leah in the spa/swimming dept was also brilliant as I lost my pearl earring and thought it was in that area, and she searched the whole place for us and then was so happy to hear that we'd found it in our room before we left. So very kind and genuine. The room was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast the next day was also brilliant."

"Hotel is really run down. Our bed hadn't been made properly. I moved the bed sheet and underneath the mattress protector was covered in hair. The walls in the room were dirty and all marked. The skirting was off the wall in the room. The laminate toppings on the bed side table were all warped and coming away. The hotel was also overbooked so we were put in a room without a window. One of the worst hotels we have stayed in. Stay somewhere else."

"Clean but rooms are very basic. Horrible textured walls that looks like they are straight out of the 70s. Interior of rooms needs a huge refresh. "
