The employees are well trained and get out problems quickly and in my case, the room was flooded due to an operational error by the guest in the neighboring room and asap changed the room! The meals and breakfast are excellents with a variety of proteins and desserts with fruits and sweets. Room and accessories in good condition and hotel well located for religious tourism.

When I visit the holy city I usually stay at this hotel and I am very pleased with the ongoing renovations and I stayed in one of the renovated single rooms. Everything is fine and the only downside is that a curtain could be installed in the shower without the glass. Great breakfast with a variety of fruits, carbohydrates, proteins and also countless treats!

Suitable and near the historical churches.

It is necessary to take care when booking because some rooms have no table and desk and the consequence of maintenance at outside and parking side is the level of sounds and dusties.

Boa localização, café da manhã com muita variedade, o estacionamento não é coberto, tudo bem limpinho. Imagino que em época de movimento intenso, seja bem complicado)

O maior problema é que fomos acomodados em quarto em que faltava porta do box. O banho encharca o banheiro. Após o banho o banheiro molhado fica inutilizável. O rapaz da recepção disse que era normal?!?!?
