It is a villa of about 70 square meters. of a residential complex, located in an excellent area and recommended for relaxation, surrounded by greenery and 50 meters from the beach. The villa has an internal area and an external area. The internal area is designed to accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people and there is all the equipment to accommodate you in the best way with all the comforts you need, we also inform you that the management is ready to give you all the assistance on any problems, information. The outdoor area, on the other hand, is designed for relaxation, with a covered veranda being the top place to spend most days. Externally we provide: barbecue, outdoor shower, outdoor tables and chairs and to finish reserved parking space for up to 2 cars.

Überwintern in Sizilien

Für uns war vor allem die Lage wichtig, wir konnten in direkter Nähe zum Meer wohnen. Hatten eine Terrasse nach Süden, die auch windgeschützt lag, auf dieser konnten wir im Dezember und auch im Januar regelmäßig draußen frühstücken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, Cefalù und Termini Imerese sind nicht weiter als 20 km entfernt.Insbesondere möchte ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis positiv bewerten. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt über den Winter sehr zufrieden und werden im Herbst wiederkommen.

Urlaub im Herbst 2020 an der Piana Calzata

Wir waren Mitte September an der Piana Calzata um Sizilien zu erkunden und unseren Urlaub zu genießen! Von der Unterkunft sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zum feinen Sandstrand. Die Terrasse mit fester Überdachung ist hervorragend. Das Haus ist mehr als großzügig bemessen und bietet zudem direkt vor der Terrasse einen PKW-Stellplatz. Der Kontakt mit Vincenzo war stets ausführlich und freundlich!
