The room is clean. The location is good. Shops and St Mark's Basilica are very close. The only problem we had was the shower heater. After 1 person, the heater in the shower wont heat up anymore. They tried to come and help us, very helpful staff but the heater still didnt work.

Hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean, the fridge was always stocked and beds were made and the trash was taken out each day. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff were great and the location of the hotel was perfect for us.
My only dislike was that I couldn't change the temperature of the room it was nice enough to open the windows but I attract misquitos and didnt want them in the room.
Would definitely stay there again and would have liked to try the spa.
They had the best breakfast out of all the places we went to.
