Outside, you will find a private garden and a covered terrace with sea view. The villa offers a newly built private pool, open from April to November, just 70 meters from the sea. You can enjoy both the pool and the sandy beach, which is easily reachable on foot.  
  
  
  
Parking is available with 2 shared parking spaces inside the property and additional public parking on the street. Pets are allowed during your stay, while events are not permitted on the property.  
  
  
  
This family-friendly villa is ideal for those seeking relaxation and is a perfect base for exploring Western Sicily.
