Limpeza ótima, quarto simples, porém bastante espaçoso. Ótimo custo benefício. Se estiver de carro, fica a poucos minutos do Shopping D. Pedro. A pé, realmente não há comercio perto, porém várias opções de entrega pelo ifood (o hotel não oferece room service). Café da manhã completo, muito bom para a categoria do hotel. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Fiquei em um quarto no térreo, com vista para um local com tráfego de pessoas, por isso, mantive a cortina fechada durante o dia, inclusive, o que deixou o ambiente muito escuro (minha opinião, por gostar de ambiente mais claro, principalmente para me arrumar). Acredito que mais alguns spots, abajur ou uma lâmpada mais clara, facilmente resolverá. Essa é a única ressalva. No geral, excelente opção para uma curta estadia.

Não dei 5 estrelas porque erraram meu quarto, reservei um quarto com 2 camas uma de solteiro e uma de casal, chegando lá tinha apenas 1 cama de casal, fui na recepção e eles resolveram, porem fiquei em um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro, diferente do que a gente havia pedido. Fora isso a estadia foi muito boa e agradável, o quarto era confortável, o café da manhã era ótimo, só acho q deveriam acrescentar frigobar nos quartos.
