Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel offers great amenities, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The food was average and did not match the quality of the rest of the experience. In addition, only one bar was open during my stay, and it appeared to be understaffed, which resulted in slower service. With some improvements to the dining and beverage service, this would be an excellent hotel.

São Pedro Thermas Resort Nossa experiência foi excelente. Saímos muito satisfeitos, com saldo geral muito positivo. Ótimo custo-benefício e recomendação certa. Check-in foi o único ponto mais lento devido à lotação, mas equipe educada. Quartos amplos e confortáveis com antesala, TV, mesa, pia, frigobar e micro-ondas; falta apenas utensílios. Estrutura muito boa com várias piscinas, recreação o dia todo e atividades noturnas. Acesso ao parque aquático é rápido por corredor interno e a Fazendinha gratuita é um diferencial para crianças. Café da manhã muito variado e bem servido. Almoço (R$90 adulto/R$46 criança) com buffet, sobremesas e bebidas, bom custo-benefício; jantar incluso na meia pensão também variado, com destaque para o pudim. Recreação infantil excelente. Pontos de melhoria: atendimento lento na lanchonete e quiosques em horários de pico e água de algumas piscinas muito gelada. Ainda assim, nada compromete a experiência. Resort muito completo, ideal para famílias, com conforto, lazer e boa alimentação. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza.

Estava tudo maravilhoso, funcionários incríveis, só não fiquei satisfeita pois fiquei no resort para curtir o parque também ,mas o parque ficou fechado e so liberou a piscina de ondas ,quando eu fiz a reserva o parque ia abrir ,resolveram fechar dias depois que fiz a reserva

O resort possui uma excelente estrutura e está inserido em um ambiente natural muito bonito, porém alguns aspectos poderiam receber maior atenção para proporcionar uma experiência mais compatível com a proposta do empreendimento. A programação de entretenimento infantil, por exemplo, deixou a desejar. As atividades eram relativamente poucas e realizadas em intervalos muito espaçados, o que reduziu as opções de lazer para as crianças ao longo do dia. Em relação à alimentação, embora o buffet apresentasse boa variedade, a qualidade dos pratos não correspondeu às expectativas. Comparando com outros resorts em que já me hospedei, este foi o ponto que mais me decepcionou, especialmente considerando o padrão que se espera desse tipo de hospedagem. Como destaques positivos, ressalto a visita à fazendinha, que foi uma experiência muito agradável para as crianças, e toda a área externa do resort. O entorno é belíssimo, cercado por uma natureza exuberante, proporcionando momentos de contato com a fauna e a flora e tornando a estadia mais agradável. No geral, o resort tem grande potencial, principalmente pela estrutura e localização privilegiada, mas alguns ajustes na manutenção, recreação infantil e qualidade da alimentação certamente elevariam a experiência dos hóspedes.

Pontos positivos: Prédio bem bonito. Facilidade de estacionamento. Piscinas internas aquecidas. Atividades para crianças. Café da manhã. Sobremesas nas demais refeições. Pontos negativos (com possibilidade de melhora): falta bebedouros nos ambientes comuns. Água na unidade apenas na entrada (2 garrafas de 500 ml). Cozinha no quarto equipada mas sem utensílios. Falta tv no quarto. Refeições (almoço e jantar) bem básicas (a exceção da sobremesa).

O hotel é bem cuidado, novo e limpo. Os funcionários são simpáticos. Pontos negativos: - o parque NAOOO ABRE em baixa temporada.e isso nao está escrito em lugar nenhum! Vc chega lá e descobre na hora. Quando diz que vai abrir reduzido só pra hospedes, é só a pisicna de ondas. Nao tem toboagua nem nada infantil. E a agua de lá é gelada - todo dia tem umas pessoas oferecendo brinde em troca de meia hora ouvindo uma palestra pra te convencer a fechar uma cota da multipropriedade e sei la o que. Eles sao insistentes e agressivos. Fujam! Isso é bem chato pra quem está de ferias ou simplesmente querendo relaxar em um resort.

Pontos positivos: A estrutura do resort é muito boa, funcionários educados e prestativos, comida do restaurante é ótima e as piscinas todas aquecidas. Pontos negativos: As piscinas infantis do resort deixaram a desejar, pois a que tinha um brinquedo maior estava em manutenção, e a outra, o brinquedo que jogava agua nao funcionou em nenhum dos dias. O parque aquático thermas abriu na quinta-feira para os hóspedes, e só funcionou piscina de ondas. Na sexta-feira abriu pro público, porém parcial, e funcionou apenas algumas atrações, e as piscinas infantis todas com agua gelada, nao valeram a pena, por estas questões eu não voltaria novamente.

Foi muito boa a estadia, poderia ter sido melhor, porque quando da reserva naõ tinha informação do funcionamento do thermas. Das dos 3 dias de permanencia, 1 dia ficou fechado, 1 dia parcial e outro foi check out. Uma sugestão possibilidade de climatizar as piscinas infantis.

O hotel é maravilhoso ! Foram dias incríveis , pena por ser baixa temporada , o parque estava fechado , abrindo apenas dois dias em espaços reduzidos , e esse foi o ponto negativo ! Deveriam avisar os hóspedes sobre estes inconvenientes antes de fecharmos a reserva . Afinal , as crianças vão com a espectativa de conhecerem os brinquedos.

No geral uma ótima estadia. No entanto, nos dias de semana que embora conste que o parque aquatico esta aberto ao publico, o parque nao fica totalmente aberto, ficando aberto apenas a area infantil do parque aquatico, oque nao é nem 50% do parque. E nos dias que consta que o parque aquatico ficaria aberto area infantil apenas aos hospedes do hotel, na verdade fica aberto apenas a piscina de ondas, sem nenhuma area infantil aberta. Essas informaçoes sao omitidas pelo parque e pelo hotel no momento da reserva.

Estive em 2024 e tive uma experiência maravilhosa no Resort e voltei esperando ter a mesma experiência. O atendimento nao tenho o que reclamar. Todos foram solícitos. Qnd precisei de algo, fui mto bem atendida. O hotel estava com uma piscina infantil fechada e com isso os chafariz estavam desligados. O que mais deixou a desejar foi a parte do restaurante. Teve demora na reposição dos alimentos, algumas carnes secas e até duras. Na chapa, que normalmente teria q ficar uma pessoa fazendo as carnes na hora, tinha momentos que a pessoa saía e demorava para voltar, ou então, a pessoa da chapa fazia várias carnes e deixava lá (a carne ficava fria). Em 2024, no almoço e jantar, tinha 2 tipos de sucos e 2 tipos de refrigerantes e 3 tipos de frutas junto com as sobremesas. Dessa vez, só tinha suco de uva e 2 tipos de refri (tinha zero e o normal). Fruta, nessas refeições, só tinha um tipo (para quem tem criança é ruim).
