Upon arrival you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property ideal for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of shopping. Outside you will also find a tennis court, barbecue grill and patio. Each unit has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit vacation rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

Borgo Casa Di Lappi is a beautiful property with a total of seven separate units that is conveniently located 630 m (2059 ft) from Casalappi, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 105 km (65 mi) from Pisa. Borgo Casa Di Lappi, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning and pool.

Villa (70sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can accommodate up to six people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

There is a kitchen including coffee machine and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six people.
