The persons at the reception were very nice and helpful .
The apartment we had was on the ground overlooking nature (with trails).well equipped: stove, diswasher, microwave, refrigerator
At this timeof the year not too many people, so it was quiet. The snack bar was not open (only summer ) but we had excellent recommendations for restaurants near by.
I understood that it is a place for families and long stay in the summer: beautiful lake, swimming, trails …,

The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. Good location very close to the pistes. Could do with a bit of a refresh, but for the price can't complain. Staff somewhat brusque at times, but nothing too much to put you off. Nice and quiet at night and comfy beds. Slept well.
