Camogli - "CASA OLIVER" - Vacations in Liguria

A beautiful and very bright apartment in a townhouse with a pool and ocean views, spread over three levels and featuring a separate entrance. The entrance leads to the dining room, which opens onto a large terrace; to the right is the kitchen. Downstairs, you’ll find a double living room with a large balcony, a bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a small sofa bed, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The property is located in a small private complex of townhouses (about 7), in a very quiet area, with private access from the street and private parking (two parking spaces are reserved for the apartment).Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet.
The furnishings are of the highest quality, featuring unique designer pieces. Air conditioning and independent heating.
Private garden on two levels.
High-speed Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the house,
Shared pool within the villa complex, with lounge chairs and private seating areas. BEACH AND POOL TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

POOL OPENING/CLOSING DATES: OPENS BETWEEN JUNE 1–10 - CLOSES BETWEEN OCTOBER 1–10

The apartment is located about 3 km outside the centre of Camogli and can be reached by car in about 10 minutes or on foot in about 25–30 minutes.
Access is via a very narrow two-way road; any car can pass through, but extreme caution is required for about 500–600 metres.
Taxis are not permitted to drive all the way down, so they will drop guests off at the top of the road, and guests will then need to walk down for about 700–800 metres.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
For late check-ins between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, a surcharge of €30.00 applies; after 10:00 PM, a surcharge of €50.00 applies, payable in cash upon arrival.

Please also note that all parking in the Camogli area is paid.

The house will be stocked with everything you need upon arrival, including basic necessities such as toilet paper, coffee, and other essentials. Any additional supplies needed during your stay will be the responsibility of the guests.
