"Had a wonderful stay at the NH Cali Boulevard del Rio! Room was perfectly crisp for the summer weather, beds were comfy, and oh so spacious!! Located within walking distance to a lot of tourist hotspots like the Jairo Vaerla Plaza, Iglesia Ermita, Cat Park, La Merced, etc. Also made good use of the onsite gym. Staff was so friendly and helpful, esp with airport car reservations. They even suggested really good restaurants in the area but the coffee here at the hotel in the morning was probably the best in town!! Would absolutely stay here again."

"The service here is exceptional. I lost my phone in an uber and the staff did everything they could to get it back. A day later they were able to retrieve my phone which is completely unheard of. I was blown away by their hospitality. I would recommend this place over chipichape hotel only because it was less busy and it’s right across the street."
