The charming villa, located in Cambrils, impresses you with its proximity to the beach. The two-storey villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, six bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the living room, electric radiators, washing machine and television. There is a fireplace on the ground floor. A cot and high chair are available on request. The property has 25 chairs distributed in different areas.

Sur la Plage !

La Villa est parfaitement située peut être pas à 30m mais 20m de la plage ! A mesurer :) La plage en face est propre, bien fréquentée (familles) et pas surchargée. La terrasse de la Villa est très agréable, et vu qu'elle est à 1min de marche de la plage, on peut faire des allées retours pour boire un verre plusieurs fois par jours. C'est vrai qu'une petite rénovation s'impose, ampoules, lampes à remplacer, moustiquaires à réparer ou remplacer, rajouter de la vaisselle etc...ca reste de petites détailles. Globalement la villa est très bien, le propriétaire sympathique et arrangeant.

Si un alojamiento puede albergar a 12 personas, no solo tiene que tener 12 camas, tiene que tener 12 sillas para comer, sitio para las 12 personas, etc... como en casi todas las casas, la limpieza deja bastante que desear. Si hay causas externas que influyan en el alojamiento se deben notificar con antelación.

Pros: My extended family group and I (14 of us) stayed in this wonderful villa for a week in July 2015. The owner was there to meet us with a friendly welcome when we arrived and showed us around. Everything we could have need was there. The location is excellent. The beach is only 30m away. We could bring the kids straight to the beach in their swim suits each day then straight back home to wash and dry them off. It's only about 10 minutes walk to an area with several nice bars, restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop close by and the local bus service to Cambrils, Salou or PortAventura is excellent. Highly recommended and we would love to stay there again in the future.

Pros: Villaen i Vilaforteny mellom Cambrils og Salou har flott beliggenhet både med tanke på strand, spisesteder/butikker og utflukter. Kun liten bil kommer inn på p-plassen, men ok med gateparkering også. Villaen bar litt preg av at den ikke var helt ny, og det var en del slurv med rengjøring, manglende lyspærer mv - men alt i alt helt OK selv om kanskje prisen var litt i overkant. Vi var 7 personer, men ikke mer enn 5 samtidig. Det fungerte OK. Det er annonsert for 8-12 people, 8 bør være maks selv om det er noen ekstra sengeplasser. Veldig hyggelig utleier!

Pros: Das Haus ist 15m vom Strand entfernt, wenn man oben auf der Sonnenterasse sitzt kann man das meer sehen! Drinnen ist eine klimaanlage und draussen deckenventilatoren. Alles war toll ausgestattet, der besitzer war sehr zuvorkommend. Sogar handtücher und bettzeug, klopapier und Zewa waren reichlich vorhanden und wurden von einer Haushaltshilfe ausgetauscht während wir da waren. Alles war sehr sauber und es gab keine kakalaken oder schaben!

Ubicación ideal: al lado de la playa -menos de 1 minuto a pie-, pero no en primera línea: mucho más tranquilo y menos expuesto. La terraza es magnífica, se ve el mar. El porche también es magnífico, se puede comer y cenar. La casa está muy bien equipada. Joan Miquel es muy atento y pendiente de todas las sugerencias. We have been 7 people very confortable. Ideal location: really close to the beach - less than 1 minute on foot - but not on the front line: much quieter and less exposed. The terrace is great, you can see the sea. The porch is also great to have lunch, rest, talk, read, etc. It is very well equipped. Joan Miquel is extremly nice and helpful.

Pros: Uitstekende locatie, maar 100 meter van de zee. Rustige buurt en precies tussen Cambrils en Salou in. Je kunt dus de drukte zo opzoeken. De villa was ook uitstekend. Nette en ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden en 3 goede badkamers. De keuken is wat krap, maar alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Met de eigenaar is alles te overleggen. Op onze vertrekdag ging onze vlucht pas om 18.30 uur. We mochten zonder extra kosten tot 15 uur blijven. Wij komen volgend jaar zeker weer terug.

Pros: La casa está realmente junto a la playa y al paseo marítimo, con un largo carril bici, además teníamos una bicicleta para nosotros en la casa. Aunque han sido pocos días, la verdad que en cambrils te quedarias mucho más tiempo, hay tiendas, supers y restaurantes para todos los gustos y la playa es inmensa y tranquila de gente. En cambrils es un poco difícil aparcar gratis (suerte que puedes ir caminado o en bici por el paseo!) El dueño nos recibió puntualmente y nos enseñó toda la casa (que para ser de vacaciones está incluso un poco demasiado decorada) y nos indicó un poco como funcionan los aparatos electricos y el aire acondicionado. Solamente (y lo entendemos pues nos fuimos a las 5 de la mañana) no pudimos despedirnos el día de salida. Posiblemente la alquilaremos más días en otra ocasión (si no nos sube el precio jeje)

Une super "barbacoa" ou nous avons grillé de nombreux poissons. Les propriétaire sont très accueillants. Un conseil aux futurs locataires, préserver au lieu et à l'habitation, cette âme qui semble s'en dégager pour que cette maison reste toujours une maison familiale!
